We cannot believe some individuals think this kind of skillet is awful! I really like my skillet and have been using it since Xmas. I can cook practically anything on it, even pancakes, and cleanup can be an absolute air flow! If there is certainly anything stuck with it all you need to do is place in some drinking water, heat to 200 degrees and it all comes off so easily. I do not think the actual metal is cheap; in reality, it is more non-stick as compared to any non-stick skillet I’ve ever used. Barkeepers Friend is useful in keeping it looking brand-new. I are finding the heating to become perfectly actually, much better than cooking about the stove. My just gripe is that it doesn’t fit directly into my tiny dishwasher, but that’s not the pan’s wrong doing. Truly, I really like this skillet and utilize it all the time.
UPDATE: 06/18/2010
After two years there are several little concerns… the skillet does warp, so water puddles in the middle, and the bottom screw comes loose each time I utilize it, making it even more wobbly. I still want to cook on it as it is easy thoroughly clean and useful, but unfortunately by last night it just stopped operating. The mild was about, but in the center of making dinner, the warmth went away. Turning it don and doff and unplugging it didn’t work, either.
